With over thirty years experience dealing with a full range of criminal work including a large number of serious and high profile matters, Stuart Grace Associates are based in the town centre of Eastbourne and will act for both legal aid and privately funded cases.

Our team comprises of two solicitors on the Duty Solicitor Scheme and one Police Station Accredited Representative. We deal with all criminal matters before the Magistrates’ Court, the Crown Courts and at the Police Station. We are accredited by the Criminal Defence Service.

All accused persons are entitled to FREE and independent legal advice whilst detained at a police station. We have legal advisers on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to represent you.
